A medieval cooking tour of Italy!

Day 1 - Rome
Arrive in Rome! Assistance and transfer to Viterbo for drinks, dinner and rest at Villa Citerno.

Day 2 - Viterbo
Includes a morning breakfast and our first cooking lesson with Chef Giovanna Scapucci (Introduction to medieval cuisine). Lunch will follow the lesson and a guided tour of the city of Viterbo. Return to the Villa for dinner and rest. |
Day 3 - Viterbo
After the moring breakfast the group will have their second 3 hour cooking lesson with Chef Giovanna Scapucci. The lesson will be followed by lunch and an afternoon visit to the Palazzo Farnese in Caprarola. Dinner will be held in a private home. |
Day 4 - Viterbo
After the moring breakfast the group will have their third 3 hour cooking lesson with Chef Giovanna Scapucci. The lesson will be followed by lunch and an afternoon visit to the SPA in Viterbo. Dinner will be held at the Richiastro Restaurant. |
Day 5 - Florence-Viterbo
After the moring breakfast the group will depart for Florence and visit its most famous monument and treasures. Highlights include a visit to a local winery, followed by a lunch at the Agriturismo. The group will then depart for Viterbo and return to the Villa for dinner and rest. |

Day 6 - Rome-Viterbo
After the moring breakfast the group will depart for Rome and take a guided tour of its most famous monument and treasures, followed by a lunch at local Roman Trattoria. The group will then depart for Viterbo for dinner in a private home and rest at the Villa.

Day 7 - Viterbo
After the moring breakfast the group will visit a typical Italian "Mercato all'Aperto" followed by the fourth and final cooking lesson with Chef Giovanna Scappucci. The afternoon will include leisure time to visit Viterbo's famous shops and historical monuments. Dinner will include a farewell Gradution Celebration. |

Day 8 - Viterbo-Rome
After the moring breakfast, the group will return to Rome and transfered to Fiumicino Airport. End of Service
